Yes. The new online features must be activated from the official ServiceM8 15 launch page. Your team should also update the ServiceM8 app on their Apple and Android devices.

Question 3

Should I activate every new feature immediately?

Accepted Answer

Not necessarily. Some features require configuration, staff permissions, training or changes to your existing procedures. We recommend reviewing the features first and introducing them in a planned way.

Question 4

Will activating ServiceM8 15 affect my existing information?

Accepted Answer

No. Availability can depend on your ServiceM8 plan, enabled add-ons, device, location and additional subscriptions. We can review your account and explain which features are available to your business.

Question 6

Can The 2 Kims help us implement ServiceM8 15?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We can review your current account, identify the features relevant to your business, configure the new tools, update your workflows and provide staff training.
